Wide notch lapels roll open at the chest above a double-breasted front, where four dark buttons sit in two rows at the waist. Epaulettes cross each shoulder with a small button at the end, and a narrow strap fastens at each cuff. Slip pockets sit level at the hip on either side. The body runs long and straight to a mid-calf hem, so the coat falls open in one clean line or closes over a layer beneath.
